Participation & Media Consent

We are excited to welcome your child to the Little Stars Modeling & Confidence Workshop at Studio D3 Orlando! Our goal is to provide a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where kids can build confidence, creativity, and stage presence.

By registering your child, you acknowledge that participation in workshop activities may involve light movement, stage practice, and group interaction. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe and supportive environment, parents/guardians agree that participation is voluntary and assume responsibility for their child during the program.

In the unlikely event of a minor injury or emergency, you authorize workshop organizers to provide basic first aid and seek appropriate medical assistance if needed.

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during the workshop or final mini fashion show for promotional or educational purposes. By registering, you grant permission for your child’s image or voice to be used respectfully in workshop materials or social media.
